[Grimne] Update on progress

An update on Grimne status, and request for further action.

There were some HW problem on the box. This is fixed now I suppose as 
grimne.pvv.org responds to pings.
This were fixed by drift at pvv with a reboot.
But service seams to be unavailable, that is telneting into grimne at 
port 4000 does not respond.
Could someone with credentials look into that?
